The participants in Student LPI Online are called Student Leaders (those participants who rate themselves and receive feedback) and Observers (those who provide feedback to Student Leaders). Observers are people who have had the opportunity to directly observe this Student Leader in a leadership role. Observers may include teachers, coaches, teammates, club members, co-workers, student advisers, or fellow members of a church group or other community or civic organization. All observer input is anonymous.
If you are selected to participate in the Student LPI process as a Student Leader, an Administrator will either:
- Enter your name and email address into LPI Online. You will then automatically receive an email that directs you to www.studentlpi.com, where you will enter your username and your registered password. If you have not previously registered as a Student LPI Online user, you will be asked to create a user profile with your contact information and establish a unique username. A password will be system-generated and sent to you via email.
- An Administrator will give you an Administrator PIN number, which you will enter when purchasing your token at www.studentlpi.com By entering this Administrator PIN number, your information and assessments will be linked to your Administrator’s account.
If you are selected to participate in the Student LPI process as an Observer, the Leader who asked you for feedback will enter your name and email address into Student LPI Online. You will then automatically receive an email that directs you to www.studentlpi.com, where you will enter your username and your registered password. If you have not previously registered as a Student LPI Online user, you will be asked to create a user profile with your contact information and establish a unique username. A password will be system-generated and sent to you via email.
